when i plant my explosives and it blows, the round doesn't end, why? and why do my bots dont respawn when they die???

Bots only respawn if level.dmrespawning or (unrecommended) level.jvbot_respawning is set to 1. You need a teamwin command in your script to end the round when the bomb has blown.

ok now they respawn and the round ends. but why they do not plant the bombs? i'm the only one planting, and how do i make them select a different route?

For the route, you have to choose wich pathnodes you will use, targetname/route, $name/myroute ( to all pathnodes) and give $id to them... Check the jvbots book session 8.1

great my bots dont plant bombs, they just camp around the bomb area. and some of them get stuck halfway taking a route.

You have a bombnode, right? Is it close enough to the bomb? Is it pointing the bomb? Make sure there's no brush "interrupting" the blue line from the bombnode to the bomb.
