lod terrian selection
is there a way to select the top of all a brush from lod terrian at once? if its possible please reply!!

What are you talking about exactly, lod and brushes are totally different things, what do you want to select, lod, brushes or both ?

If you hold control, shift, and the left mouse button, you can just run your mouse over the brush faces you want to highlight.
If your terrain is LOD, just hold shift and left click on it with your mouse.
