Exploding people ?

I think the server would also have the bomber installed, I guess if you try it and they dont have it, will mess with the skins and stuff on your normal nades. Its not working perfectly yet, but I am hoping it will be perfect soon,

Well I had a change of heart on the whole bomber thing, I wasnt going to do any more with him, but it seems he is getting a really good response from people that checked him out, some of the guys over at TMT are working on him and they reckon he can be made to work perfectly,

Random, I think you may be able to help out on this one, you seem to be our skin guy

I made this a while back, adapted mpowells dynamite to a suicide bomb. I never did get all the bugs fixed though someone else tried to adapt the rockets instead of the nades but it never worked out.

The problem is that the bomb is an adapted nade, it takes over all the nades for every character instead of just the bomber skin, i'm not sure if its even possible to limit who gets what but if I could get this guy working I would also make some average palestinian gunmen and the IDF skins, then I would make a map called " the dome of the rock ", somewhat like algiers I guess but with the temple mount as a major feature.

I wouldnt even know where to begin on this one..... Modifying the grenades would be the way to go but like you already know what goes for one goes for all. THis would definately be more of a scripting thing but i have no idea what i would even begin to try to make it work....

I will think about it and get back to ya.

PS what is the difference between this and running around with a rocket launcher and shooting someone point blank?

Well the difference is he sings when you hold down the trigger, so anyone nearby would know that he is armed and dangerous, when the trigger is released he explodes, plus his explosion is much bigger than a rocket explosion. Also the guy in white should be easy to pick off as he is so bright. I was trying to balance it a little.

I doubt that it can be done, though maybe an adapted rocket would be better than nades as most servers wont allow rockets and very few people play with them.

OK now this is getting very tricky but what if you made a whole new type of weapon that one could pick up that had the same effect as what you want.

FOr example i have seen a flamethrower now and again you just have to drop your primary weapon to pick it up. You could also try this for the sui bomber. Of coarse then anyone could pick up the bomb but.... you may have an easier time getting that workin rather than specific weapons for specific skins.

Hmmmmm, yeah its a tricky one. A new weapon could be the way to go, seems it would be much easier than trying to figure how to assign particular wepons to a particular skin.

I will look into it and see what I come up with, right now got a load of work to do on getting the fps up in a map a few others and me have been working on. So I will keep thinking about this one for now, maybe I will have a eureka moment
