Error message

Evening all,

I've had this annoying problem for ages now and i can't take it anymore

Sometimes when i close my internet connection I get this error message:

tapisrv has caused an error in RPCRT4.DLL
tapisrv will now close

Then the little icon for my internet connect (you know the picture of two computer screens that flash when the internet is going wooooohooooo) has a little red cross on it and will not close. I also can't reconnect to the internet unless i restart my computer.

Anyone know what tapisrv or RPCRT4.DLL are? Anyone know how i can slay this beast of a problem?

Thanks for the info...i always forget to use google

Well at least i know what tapisthingy and rpcrt4thingy are now.

I did a search at microsoft.com for my error message, but no joy

Guess i'll have introduce myself to the problem, have a beer, chat about old times and try to learn to live with it!
