Can't see my 2D views like I should

Post by hogleg »

This is killing me, I can't seem find the proper setup to view my 2D windows. OK While editing a brush I should see the fixed outlines of my other brushes.

What Im seeing is ceiling textures or ground textures, the only way for me to see other brushes is to select them.

If you go here I need to see my 2D views like his!

I'm not sure where your problem lies, but try in MOHRadiant in the menu:
misc>colors>themes>QE4 original

or give us a screenshot of how it does look...

Tried that, didn't work.

I have MOHRadiant ver. 1.01 Build R001

Do I need to upgrade?

Go Edit/Preferences at the top left of the window are some lil round check boxes with an image of the different layouts you can have, then do as wacko suggested and change it to black/green :) thats if you want they layout the guy uses on them tut's. I use the same layout as that but with white as the bkground.

Sounds to me that you have activared the "textures in 2D view" feature. You find it in the preferences.
