Weird Problem With Playing Map

never mind
No need to do the test if you don't have one. Can you send me the map and bsp? I'll test it and see if the same thing happens.

About half way down your *.min file, inbetween the animations and scripts, there's a line that reads i15, which looks out of place. You could try removing this line and see if it works.

I was reading this post and... I had a similar problem in the past w/ .min file and my solution lied in the compilation proccess.
Your first post says you are using the "fast" compile setup. Well, IN MY CASE that was the problem.
So, setup your MBuilder to normal compile (or "full" compile) and leave a very little leak (yeah, a leak) on the edge of your map box (1 unit). This will make you compile very fast, due to NO VIS data. The lights will not be perfect but it compiles very fast.
Result: No more .min problems and the map is playable (even w/ the leak there)
Hope it helps.

zip
If you still want to send it to me, try only sending the .map file zipped up with Winzip.
