Help with a small c++ application...

I need help from someone who has the knowledge to make applications with c++ or similar. Myself I have no clue (yet), but to my understanding this will not be a huge complex thing... Can't really write more about it because i want to keep it hush-hush till it comes out. All I can say is that it will help some of you mappers and that I think it would be a great tool for that purpose..
