Question1 : Is it possible to add a sky box within a Bigger sky box?
Both having different Sky Texters btw.

yeah, this is a nice idea!!
but what do u need those different skies for? i've been to some themeparks but they had no important changes in weather during my stay

ever been to disney land? it could be 12 pm and its still a dark sky inside pirates of the carabien. Also Space mountian has a different color setting too.

Just make em into huge textures, be sure its an exact cube, dont make it too big.
