Half of a screen shot ??

Post by hogleg »

When I use f12 and take a screen shot and open in paintshop pro I only have the top half of the shot.

The bottom half is black ?

Anyone ever see that before?

Thx

Print Screen

Post by tltrude »

Try hitting the "Print Scrn" button on your key board. That saves a bmp screenshot to your computer's clipboard. Close the game and bring up paintshop pro. Then paste the image to a new file.

Using the in-game screenshot maker saves the file as a TGA image and they are very large files. You may not have enough memory to handle it.

I used to get this problem when I had a radeon card, I used to hit F12 a few times to be sure I got a full screen pic, two out of three would be only a part of the screen.

Get the latest drivers for your Radeon card. This should fix the problem.
