Recording movies

Is there anyway of recording movies of urself plying mohaa?
I know that it is possible with console commands but they lower FPS too much.
If anyone can give me a link to such program i would appreciate it.

Theres pages on how to's on the fraps site, but basically you fire up the prog, start your game and hit F9, it records.

you have to have a really good computer to run fraps while you playing in game. mine just takes a big dump when i hit record. Just get with me on msn and i will send you the exe file.

yo, what is the console command? is it "record (name here)" or is it something else?
