In the SH .pak files there were 3 weapons I wanted to use, the FG42, G43, and the Kar98 rifle-grenade launcher. When I would bring these into radiant, the skelton model would appear with out any textures. and when I would compile them into the game they would not be there. So I ended up making each weapon their own .shader file with a shorter path to their textures and this worked I could see the models in radiant with their textures on the skelton surface. (looked like how it would look in game). And when I compiled them ito the game they worked good except the FG42. So I downloaded a file for the FG42 and now it works too.(execpt for muzzle flash). At first the downloaded FG42 didn't work either and it was because of the texture problem. Once I fixed it, it worked too. Maybe this is your problem too because if the game is not seeing or reading one of the textures for the weapon it will be invisble. Oh yeah I noticed you said you had the FG42 working good. Does yours have a muzzle flash when you shoot it?

I did it for each weapon. You need to know how to open .pk3 files which are in your main, mainta, and maintt folders. Main is for AA, mainta is for SH, and maintt is for BT. .pk3 files are like zip files. I use a utilty called Pak scape. I think you can download it from .map web site. I'd be kind of leary about changing these files if I didn't have radiant, because radiant kind of helps you test different things that you try. For me its all trial and error.
