Render quality

Post by tltrude »

Maybe you should try a different render quality setting under view. I think the default is "nearest".

carlpenn wrote:Probably is, but like I said, was just putting the idea forward........its funny you dont have as many crashes at 256Mb........I rarely get them at all with 512Mb ...... saying that Radiant does use a fair wack of memory!!

I have had many wierd and wonderful problems with Radiant in the past, we live and learn !!
Yes, I have 512 mb too, radiant VERY rarely crashes...ahh noo...just kidding

But seriously Radiant does put a load on the system.

I didnt read through every single post, So I hope what I am about to say wont be repeated.

CGS subtract can work perfectly one on one ocasion.
YOU can only use it on brush work,

MAKE SURE TO MAKE both brushes with the texture "Caulk"
the square you are making the door in and the sqaure itself both have to be with the texture "Caulk"

That is it. It works perfectly with me so I dont see how it wont work with you.
