Couple things

I think a scripted plane that flys overhead or something very advanced like a airstrike tutorial would be really awesome. Im the type of mapper that likes to see some action in the map. Like omaha mine explosions, scripted mines, scripted explosions of buildings. Things that keep a map very intense. 8)

ill write 2 tutorials when i get time, on working nebelwerfers and wave spawning, like in m3l3, where so many enemies spawn at once for a set time. both of them took me a while to work out, and theres loads of scripting for each one. ill try and get em done for the weekend

Some time ago ( ) I received an e-mail from someone requesting a load of tutorials, but I never got round to write 'em.

If anyone wants to tackle any of them, please do, and I'll do what's left :).
Explosive Walls: how to "cut away" at a brush where the "cut out"
pieces are thrown outward of the building as hit by a tank shell are aerial
bomb.

Triggers: every type, how to work with them, script them, and so on.

Vehicle Waypoints: How to make vehicles move across the screen
(planes, half-tracks , etc.)

I was also wondering how to make an AI MG42 gunner burst open the shutters of
a building and begin shooting in a sweeping motion when the player activates
a playable MG42.

Just so that everyone knows we have a SP tank tutorial that was sent to us a while back that i've just found on my Hard-drive. Jv-maps taken a look at it and thinks that the scripting needs a little work, so when he has time he's going to try and rework the script.

If you want to take a look its here for just now. If you have any ideas about the scripting in it post them here or pm Jv....

Great! But does anyone know how to make a first person tank like in m512? I tried but can't seem to get it.

Thanks for the suggestions, spotlights are Surgeon's thing ;).

Although I'm afraid the player using the spotlight is pretty much giving his position away  .
