funny player skins?

hi every1
i was just wondering if any1 has a mod out there that changes the players appearance into something funny

?like a big fat guy ,a vry short person or vry tall one ,maybe even some bikini chicks

.i kinda got bored with the usual players and i lack the skinning "know how" 2 make my own skins.
oh one more thing,plz state which versions of medal of honour it works on cause i currently only have allied assault

fat ppl or skinny ppl would require new models, so i dont think ppl will have the time to remodel one.
