game play problems. need help!!

I am hoping to get some help for a serious problem that i am having with my mohaa game. after I install the game and go to play it on line the game freezes a lot. when I go to the counsole and check what is going on there is a message saying that the ubersound and uberdialog needs to be fixed. the freezing occurs only when this message is showing. any idea how this problem can be fixed. I would be most thankful for the help.

Do you have any custom .pk3 files (custom maps / mods) in your main folder?

no, they are all original maps. the freezing or lagging occurs more frequently on certain maps suck as stalingrad. southern france is much better.

No clue why this happens but I'll be thinking about it for the next couple of days .

thanks, in the meantime I have looked at the problem more extensively and the console said that "tiki wasn't prefetched" and that sound will not work. same with the dialog. now the sounds work, but that is what is causing the lagg and/or freezing.

again, thanks a lot. I hope I can correct this problem so that I can enjoy the game again.

When you mean the game freezes do you mean you can get into the consol and the game doesnt work or you have to press the restart button on your tower. I had a simmular problem which went away somehow. One day my mouse would freeze, but not the hole game just my mouse, and then the next time i played the hole game froze. The next 10 times i played it would be fine and then the mouse would freeze and then the hole game would freeze the next time i played. It was like a Routine or something. Hopefully your problem goes away, you might wanna try uninstalling and then installing it again because i think thats what fixed mine.
