Trench Rats mod

I am trying to get the patcher to work. It says: moh_spearhead.exe - file size/version missmatch!

Spearhead was purchased in Canada. I d/l the file from Electroscience.com (Europe only) - is that the reason?

Fileplanet says international, but is being updated.

Any help?
