Where can i find a tutorial about planes?

Here's one site with some basics. I set it up and ran it and my plane only spawns one time and the sound won't work, but everything else does. I need to spend more time on it to figure out the issues, maybe you'll get it right the first time! I relplaced his C47 model with a Stuka.
