Ok I talked to Silversound for almost an hour if that on MSN. I sent him the .map file and (since im new at mapping and didnt have one) he added a skybox. Or whatever they are called. Then he compiled it and it worked. My compiler for the wierdest reason doesnt work. Also i clicked pause after .bsp thing in the other options and took this screenshot:

Your paths are wrong, unless you keep the compiler file "q3map.exe" on your desktop! It should be pointing at the MOHAATools folder, but you have it pointing at your desktop shortcut.
If you right click on the shortcut and select "find target", it will take you right to it. Then you can right click on one of the files and click on "properties". The path can then be copied by highlighting it and pressing Ctrl C. Use Ctrl V to paste it in the MBuilder window (press "change" first). Do the same for the other two and you will be all set.
Here are my paths:
Game Directory:
C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\MOHAA
Compiler Directory:
C:\Program Files\MOHAATools
Map Directory:
C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\MOHAA\main\maps\tltrude
You can keep the .map files anywhere you like--mine are in a folder named tltrude. But, those paths have to be right or Mbuilder can't make the batch file to do the compiling.

yeah bad command line - file location.
I keep my .map's in My Documents/maps/
But I should really save them in main/maps/ so the .bsp goes in automaticaly
