help me with compiling plz plz!!

Post by divaid »

eej I just started mapping again (been doing it for a year or so) and all of a sudden I can't compile my maps anymore. (i am using mohradiant it self under the 'bsp' options, this always worked so...) I also tried other compile programms so plz don't give me any advise to that. Will you plz take a look at the first pic on my site ( check te link) there you can see what the error is and help me out maybe.. thanks alot.

You have a bad setting in your command line. Anytime you get a list of acceptable settings for your compile, that means you have used an unacceptable parameter.

Re-check your paths and options to be sure you do not have a typo in the command line. That includes an extra or missing space.

It's really not a matter of thinking of anything, it is a matter of re-checking your command lines, and your paths.

A bad command line is the reason you will get the error that you showed in your image.
And, I'll go one step farther, and tell you WHICH command it is.....it is your BSP command line.....you really need to re-check it, and your path.

your map is in c:/Documents and Settings/David/Mijn documenten/omaha.map with three spaces in it. try to put it somewhere where there are no spaces in the directory names.
