Prado 4 (Capture the Trolley) is ready for testing
I guess it was a bad idea trying to come out with something new for MOHAA now. Nobody plays custom maps. Moderators, please delete this topic.

Indeed there are very few servers that run custom maps
Still, from some inside contacts I can say there is some hope that such a feature will be included in a future patch, though it doesn't seem likely to me.
Anyway you could always bot up the map so there is no server required for fun
