LOD Terrain

Post by Andy »

Is there a way to have more control over the size of my LOD terrain sections? I have a much smaller area I want to add terrain too, but 512x512 is the smallest I can make it.

Facet editor

Shift F will bring up the facet editor. With it you can delete (hide) some of the small triangles in an LOD section.

what u can also do is edit the verticies the way u want, lock them, and then drop the surroundin verticies down.
