what do u mean with 'not obey'
you lets say select a skybox brush,
press 'n' and the entity inspector opens.
in the white field, you click on the line 'ambientlight # # #', (# is any number from 0 to 99)
the fields 'key' and field 'value' change their content to 'key' / 'ambientlight' and 'value' / '# # #'
u change the numbers in the field 'value' to '# # #' and press 'ENTER'
u press 'n' again, entity inspector closes
u save the map

and this doesn't work?

is english your first language? the sentece above doesnt make much sense to me. selecting nthing or selecting a skybox is all worldspawn. the numbers shouldnt not change if u select the sky or nothing at all.
