CHECK NEWS SUBMISSION AND IN IMPORTANT GI TEST
Don't worry, it is checked regularly. Honestly I am however not sure whether I'll post it on the front page or not... somehow I find this an odd message to be on the main page 
Anyway, I couldn't test the map myself (don't have breaktrough) but I'll just assume you're right... I think it's best to contact that gi-clan and tell them about your discovery. Chances are 1 clan member 'made' this map and claimed it was his, while others were unaware of the thievery. So if you simply send them an e-mail or leave a message in the forums if they have any, they may take it down or change the readme file that ships with the map.
You could also try to contact the authors of the maps/prefabs that were stolen.
Concludingly I am ofcourse all against map stealing - imo it's the worst mapping crime available - but I'm not sure whether 1-sided accusations belong in the news here though I'm still making up my mind

here are the facts as i have checked with one of them
they went to the bin as hosted by one of the members of the forum.found the map they wanted to use then contacted the OWNER of the map who sent them this reply

as stated in the list, dorf was once released as dm_dorf14.pk3. So your version should be not toooo close to mine
apart from that, do whatever you like with it, that's why I made the site and put my map files online!

so theft seems to be a bit strong to me as permissions was granted by THE OWNER of the map.
as [-GI-] arnt here and this guy is spouting off i thought i would check with them before posting.which to be honest he should have done.
they have also told me that this map is not in rotation on the server as it was a TEST map.They have a map called sawmill on there rotation so i guess we will wait for another one of these posts.but i doubt it as its all made by hand by there members

hi m8 again we didnt claim his work for our own
we claim we made a test lib map which is what we did its never claimed anywhere that its our own work.but just a testing map.
this guy is from a clan making there own lib map so are hell bent on causing trouble for us as we released our map first.the test map is not in rotation on our server and was only hosted for 1 week.whilst people had a laugh playing in it.
yes we did make a mistake and not say who made all the different bits but this was never meant to be a fully released map.the public requested to test the test<---------- map so we offered them it for download.
anyway thats what went on.
ohh and for a laugh the bits we did edit we added the [-GI-] tag in there like the jails and the bar [-GI-] which we had a laugh in xmas eve.
