Views of Skins

Hm I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this but anyway here it is...
IN MP maps how can i actually make all other players SEE me with the skin(uniform) i have chosen? Of course this must be happens also the otherway...to see all other players with the skins they choose! SO far both skins i choose affects only "my eyes of view in the world"..meaning if a choose to be a santaclaus but the other player choose to see me as a Allied SAS i ll be an allied sas to him...

I suppose you'll have to distribute your skin to everybody on the server and make sure they don't have force models enabled.
