Can you post the commands you use to compile?

Have you run the bsp commands in radiant? If not go to the toolbar at the top while in radiant and run bsp_bsp, bsp_vis, and bsp_light. (not fast) Otherwise I would do what Bjarne suggests.

Good luck

@ziptie2k2: Since he is running MBuilder to compile his maps, and not Radiant, that is not a necessary or useful option.

@nap1000: MBuilder creates the map in 3 stages: Initial BSP, Vis, and Light (at which time the initial .bsp is combined with the vis and light data to form the final .bsp).
Most likely, this initial BSP phase is not creating the .bsp file, or MBuilder is looking in the wrong directory for it in the vis stage, and therefore, no other part of the process can be completed.

As Bjarne BZR stated, knowing the commands you are using to compile as well as the paths could help, as well as reading the console ouput during the compile. That could also hold a clue as to why the .bsp is not found.
