Depends on how the rain is configured... about 16-32 units... start somewhere around those values and calibrate it if its not good. You can't clone func rain brushes. I don't know why or how but the editor links them together for some reason. Make each rain brush one at a time. Also make sure they are far enough away from the buildings so the rain doesn't drift in.
