Problems with radiant plz help me

Hi! I need help and really fast. I have problems putting textures on everything with radiant. My friend told me to go in textures and load the "general structures" and after that press "T" to open the texture screen. My problem is that when I hit "T" Nothing happens.Even if theres already a texture windoe open its not the "genreal structures" that there is. It's another list were I see some textures of cars and stuff so I cant find the textures I want.
In the Tutorials in here they say to get the textures clauk or something but I cant get it because the problem is keeping me to advance in my creation.

welcome to .map! first off i recommend reading the tutorals before u ask questions. follow the setting up mohaa radiant tutorial first, and the go onto the room building etc.
