I have a Nasty Texturing Problem

I have a texturing problem concerning cones and muliple brushes used for window arches. I will 1st attach the mohradiant and then the ingame pictures from both the situations.

1. Cone Problem

As you can see parts of this cone arnt appearing :(
2. Window/Arch Problem

With this one parts of the brushes in the arc arnt appearing also the glass isnt even appearing, what the hell is going on?

Any help would be appreciated

This happens sometimes when you make brushes in strange shapes. I've had some luck in turning the brushes detaild to fix the problem. The other solution is to use patches for the cone and arch.

For the cone try to increase complexity with shift + RBracket.

Meshes with low polycount can cause the rendering to fail.

(Disadvantage of increasing complexity is that same higher poly count and decrease of FPS :? )

I have seen that happen to brushes that were rescaled. Try scaling them slightly larger, and try to keep the brush verticies on the grid verticies (where grid lines cross). Cloning a rescaled brush can cause it too, I think.
