Bash mod

I would like someone to make a mod which will make any main gun bash to 10 health, and any pistol to bash at 8 health a bash... Is it easy? if so how?

and this is to do with skinning... how? it's probably something to do wiht scripting so dont ask me. PM small sumo or jv map. they'l; be sure to help you.
