Let me know what you guys think.. I need feed back on it. O and should I drag the
Opacity down on the Smiley Face?
Is there any good TuT's on making scopes? I mead one but it come out like crap...

Here are a couple tuts I used to learn how to make scopes. If you wanna see some examples of what i made there are some in Off Topic section of the forums. They are under the topic Allies Scope. Anyway here is where the tuts are.
