Need help with script

I need write script for two bombs. In map are 6 bombs.
Aliies win, if 2 bombs (prisonbomb and sgbomb) exploded. Not only one of both.
in script i have:
while ($prisonbomb.exploded != 1 & $sgbomb.exploded != 1)
teamwin allies
But allies win even if one of them not exploded.
How can i do it?
