L-Shaped roof

Post by echo_rancid »

How can I make and L-shaoed roof. I know how I would go about doing it but everytime i build one it looks all screwed up. Any one have any tips? Is there a prefab laying around somewhere?

Line up the two roof brushes and make one slightly larger then the other. Then highlight the bigger one and go to selection > CSG > subtract. The smaller one should be cut to fit. Then you can adjust the size of the bigger one to match.

L-shaped roofs can be a little tricky, especially when the two parts have different size. I suggest do - for both sides - normal roofs and use the clipper-tool to cut them by 45? afterwards.
Do u want a walkable attic? L-shaped dummy roofs u could find in e.g. dm_dorf in the recycling bin (link below)?
