I have smoked I guess for the last 15 years, I think about the damage I am doing all the time but never have the guts to quit, one day I will though I hope.
Good luck to you on your mission Crunch, I truly mean that.

The best motivation for quiting any form of tobacco habit, is thinking about how you will no longer be giving thousands of $'s to people who are in essence KILLING you day by day, AND an addition giant chunk of YOUR cash going into your congressman, and other crooks pockets.
Oh do I love thinking about that.

Oh do I love thinking about that.
I once was lost, but now........... I'm still lost!
Yes money is a minor thing compared to your health!!
But when you have children as I do, money is a major thing especialy when you're blowing it on digging your own grave faster. My children are a big motivational factor for everything I do in life. I dont know if you have any, crunch but if you do that can help.

In australia doctors can prescribe a drug that takes away the cravings, it called ziban or something ........ cant remmeber really. Its probably got some government funding where ever you are. Saddly I'm told that even years after quitting (I mean like 20 and 30) people still have the cravings.
Well done Crunch.
