NEW YORK!!

Post by At0miC »

When the Dutch people came in America ( when america was discovered) they have paid some land from the indians. The Dutch people builded a city called New Amsterdam. Later the name of the city has changed to New York.People from other countries has moved to New York, New Netherland was borned, It is said that in 1643 no less than eighteen languages were spoken in New Amsterdam and the great city into which it has grown has never since lost its cosmopolitan character. You can also still find the english buildings in New York. But the mosty people has forgot all this because it is history and history is for the most people boring :P. If you dont believe it, go to New York there you can find a dutch monument. In that monument there is wroten a script about the story about the friendly dutch people and the indians and about New Amsterdam :) (you need a dictionary, it's in Dutch ) . LOL thats all I know, but it is true.
