How do you make a trampoline like in MOH Ball maps?

Ok HogLeg I made and tested the trampoline, It works beautifully! I made a prefab for it and posted it on FilePlanet, it will be a few days for them to check it out etc so it won't be posted right away. Thanks so much tltrude the trampoline works awesome!

for those who can't wait, I have put a springboard in the recycling bin (in the Misc section) which does quite the same, probably. If u wanted to add some features to it or if u had something else for the bin, let me know.
