Can't find light and func commands!

I'm trying to add a door and light to a building I created but am having problems finding the light and func commands. I right clicked on the XY veiw and they were not in my menu like in the tutorials. I read an earlier post about making sure the entdks.pk3 file is in my main MOHAA folder, and it is. I'm sure this is simple and appreciate any help.

Well I would say yes its the entdefs.pk3 file but since you said that you checked that im stumped . It could also be that your "mapspath" and "basepath" in the mohr are not correct. Double check that they point to the correct directories. If they are not correct you will get this:
