Hmm, thats wierd
. Try doing a reinstall of radiant. If that doesn't do it, make a clean install of mohaa and run off that for radiant.
EDIT: Whoops, me and M&M just posted at the same time. Yeah a general summary would have sufficed.

i would have prefered a hardware list but i managed to extract it out of that report
and thats one sweet comp man.
anyways have u tried reinstalling radient? it seems like its corrupted . adding an info_player_start shouldnt be much of a problem .so try reisntalling .

lol,we posted the same idea at the same time

thanksthats one sweet comp man
I've tried reinstalling Radiant eariler and I do use a clean install for it but still no luck
I would install spearhead again for another clean install but my AA disk is ****ed
I've tried a new map and it will allow me to add a player
I've run an evil entity patch and a duplicate patch but it still doesn't work
well,if u were saying that adding to a tottally new map causes the error than i guess there is a very severe problem and i cant think of how 2 solve it
but if it was adding 2 a map already, than blue's suggestion should work.
however if both failed then its always helpful 2 know that no bug can escape a reformat
