Question about mines

Post by =Sgt. Daniel R. O*Neil= »

Ok im starting my next map which is going to be a jungle type map. Im wanting to know how to creat mines like what you see in omaha beach hwere if you step to far off the map you will blow up. Or like in crossroads when youre in the water and if you go to far toward that get you will hear a click noise and blow up. How do you obtain this?

Hey :)

Here is what you need to do...

1. You create brush (where you want the minefield) with a trigger texture, then you make the brush a trigger_multiple and you add the key/value targetname/minefield

2. And finaly you add this line in your script:

exec global/minefield.scr::minefield_setup

It should be working fine, at least it does for me...
