where can you download milkshape? i'd like to use it. and what do you skin with? iv heard PSP but that doesn't seem right. that's an art prog.

As for skinning i'd personally recommend photoshop but psp will do fine, the gimp will do and thats free using these programs you can create the image but u have to use the modeling programs to apply the image to the model - search this forum for uv mapping.
