texture question

Hi everyone i make maps since a couple of months and im having a problem with my texture i reformat my computer and i start a new map
try to put my new texture in they just dont want too appear

what im i suppose too do ive try a lot of shit......

thanks for the re[ly man ,look ive made a pk3 with only in a dosier call texture and in that folder i put my new texture (ive already use that texture before)it was working,now i put that pk3 in main folder and in the moh radiant i just cant see my texture in the scrol bar in radiant ive call my texture (aaa111)my project settings are:::::
c:\program files\ea games\mohaa\
c:\program files\ea games\mohaa\main\maps\
c:\program files\ea games\mohaa\main\maps\

Ive install only moha 1 and moha breakthrought thats why i put it in main folder...and i dont have the option to open texture or load texture in radiant?????????thanks for the help man!!!!!!!!
