No info -> player

Post by Torn »

I have put in entdefs.pk3 in the mohaa/main folder and followed the beginner tutorial point by point. But when I right click, no info shows up, so I can insert a player entity. So anyone know what is wrong with my config?

Make sure the base path in File > Project Settings is correct.

even if u didnt put the entdefs.pk3 in the main folder some entities do show up.
but u have to place that pk3 in the main and put the correct path to it ,otherwise i fu put a wrong path it would be just the same as mohradient cant find entdefs.pk3 where u said it is .
try revising the path again ,it is the only thing that can cause this .or u placed the entdefs.pk3 in the wrong folder which i dont think u did
usually u will find some swapped letter or even missing .doubl check it again and it should work

Right click on your desktop shortcut for the game, select "Properties" and then "Find Target". Then look in the folder named "main" for entdefs.pk3. If it is there, right click on it and check properties. The path it shows should be the same as your base path in the editor.

Can you see anything wrong?
The game folder is c:/mohaa/ and the editor's folder is C:\mohtools\MOHAATools.
