LOD terrain with vent

i wanna put a secret ventalation path inside my LOD terrain that u can exit at the end........but i know that u cant cut holes in an LOD terrain without causing and error and crash
so is there another way
(except the one where u gotta rebuild the LOD terrain all around it)

Another way to do it is to use EasyGen to make the terrain, i use it for all my terrain now, because its so malleable and, well, easy

But if youve already made the terrain with the LoD terrain in moh radiant im afraid i cant help
