no problem chorizo, they're called stock maps and can be found in the pak#.pk3 files in main, mainta, or maintt, whichever versions of MOH you have.
you'll need pakscape to open them. ill email it to you, just double click on them after you've got pakscape extracted and peruse the entire selection of skins, weapons, maps, scripts, and textures as much as you want.

EDIT: oh, your email address isn't in your profile.

u dont need pakscape, just any compression tool (windows ME and later have a built in one too, called compressed folders i think).
u will find the maps in the pak5.pk3 file (mohaa)
anyways ,use it and open the maps folder
there u will see 3 folders ,briefing (singleplayer related i guess !!??) ,dm (has all multiplayer deathmatch maps) and obj (has all multiplayer obj maps) .in the maps folder itself is all the singleplayer maps also
extract them and do whatever u want with them

but i dont think that converting is the right way to go if u want 2 add stuff 2 them .u should use scripting instead
why?well because when u decompile a .bsp file into a .map file to edit in mohradient ,alot of duplicate brushes are created and alot of other problems happen depending on ur decompiler.and fixing the damage done to a decompiled map would take months at the very least .
decompiled maps are only used so u can see how the general design was made or to know where u want to add something by script.

for more info on using script visit the tutorial section on this site .

u'd want 2 b mad 2 try and recreate the maps from a decompile.

1. parts of the map wud b missing
2. wit duplicated brushs every where, it'd be a nightmare to find them all
3. there are a lot of reasons

if you do contuine be Patience u might get some gud results in time........
it's not a time for thinking its a time for drinking!
