The odd part is that all other games are kicking a**, including call of duty which is a twin to moh as far as I'm concerned.

specs are as follows

AMD Athlon xp 3200+
1024 mb (pc3200)
radeon 9800xt
windows xp (home)

This configuration should kick massive a** in moh, just like all the other games.

(thanks for your input M & M, if I sound like a prick, it's just because I'm frustrated with how this single game is running)

id be frustrated too if something like that happened to me (i am frustrated from a similar problem also !!!!)

anyways ,did u try the driver updating thingy?it seems like the only solution left ,unless your mohaa is version 1.0 .for that i would advise to download the patch ,after all its an ancient game (with respect to all those games that flooded the markets).and the update would prolly fix alot of "key" issues

and i dont think call of duty is like mohaa ,although they look the same in alot of things .there is a huge change in everything .probably leading to a more smoother gameplay and .......so on.

Yea unfortunately I did update all drivers from motherboard to soundcard. And the version is correct cause when you install spearhead it will not allow you to have an old version. I think I might bring moh into work and try it on the work pc which also has a 9800xt and see if it does the same thing.

Thanks again

hmmm!!! i havent heard of it on any review site either .either its a mistake ,a rip off  or maybe a new card that hasnt been advertised enough.but it is a fact that ALL MX cards are improved versions of the geforce 2 cards ,with extra ram and more speed .a geforce 3 is technically better :( !!!!!

yeah ,tell me if it works or not .
i have a similar problem with a radeon card also (how odd!!) its the radeon 9200 card .all games run on it ,but WORMS 3D runs exceptionally slow .its so slow that u can barely close it if u ran it,usually i'd have to reboot .
however ,the same card is installed on another pc and worms 3d works just fine :? !!!!!

specs of the computer that doesnt run worms
2.6 ghz /512kbs cache /800 bus speed
256 ddram /400 bus speed (gonna increase it l8r)
radeon 9200 card
120 gbs hdd

specs of comp that runs worms 3D
2.4 ghz /512 kbs /533 bus speed
256 ddram /333 bus speed
radeon 9200 card also

i dont know what the problem is ,it might be a software problem .im gonna try to reinstall the OS later if i really need it 2 work
