Can someones explain me why there are lines in my brushes?

I think some vertices are not perfectly aligned on the grid. Try selecting the brushes and press ctrl+g.
If that doesn't help, type r_showtris 1 in the game and post the new pic here.
Or recreate the floor

All the brushes are aligned to the grid. I changed the floorbrush i start the game and in console i type r_showtris 1 and there is my screenshot

Hmm obviously the showtris isn't working, you're supposed to see a wireframe layout of your map.
Are you running the game in developer mode (developer 1) ?

WOW I've never used r_showtris before, that is neat. It will not work in DM for me though, or after I have launched a map in DM. I have to run the map in single player mode for it to work. It is cheat protected.

You can try splitting up the brush in two separate parts: create one for the floor afore the house and one for the floor next to it. If you need one to patch leaks, create a caulk brush below the house.
It might help.
