custom texture competition

hey i need someone to help make me a custom texture, ive tried myself lots of times but cant get it right, lookded shoddy and wouldnt tile

i need a padded wall texture like u would get in a nuthouse cell, you know, the stuff they put in so patients cant bang their head on the wall kinda stuff.

Hehe, Interesting idea. Although I'm not good with custom textures I have made some decent ones in the past, such as a basketball court. I'm confused on if its going to be a flat wall with a kinda 3d texture to it, or are you gonna make those little spike thingies that pad the wall, and texture those. Anyways, I may be able to help out
