Hello, I'm new here. and i'm new in making maps for moh, bu i can make a room with textures and it works if i comile it. There is only one thing, I don't heer any sound of walking, etc.
If it is a DM: Are you sure you put the *.BSP file in mohaa/mian/maps/dm ?? I had the same prob I putted my maps in mohaa/main/maps but the sound will only work if it is in /maps/dm. A stupid mistake
If it is a obj: maps/obj
And if it is a SP: just put it in maps/

I compile it as a singleplayer map so i put it in de maps/ dir
okay, save your map (and script if you have one) as test_mymap1.map (mymap1 can be anything, as long as it has no spaces)
compile it and play on.
the test_prefix loads all the sound,shaders, and everything for the map., you're definately not going to be using everything bu later on you'll learn how to make a precache script detailing which sounds to use. for now, always save your sp maps with the test_ prefix. i'm not sure about FFA, CTF, TDM, or Obj maps though.... i've never made one...
OK i have had the same problem, but mine still doesn't work i'm building a single player map, putting the TEST in front of the map name has brought my AI guy to life, he now shoots at me, but i still have no sound either from the ground (grass, concrete) or from the weapons that are being fired (pistol and mg)
