see guys ,i told u that the tuts section isnt visible from the forums ,and that rarely noobs visit the homepage .i spent a complete month b4 knowing that the homepage exists and that there is a tuts section .
if the sidebar from the main page could be integrated into the forums as well,this would solve the problem as well as help alot in finding links and other stuff

dunno ,i dont have much knowledge about these languages but if it was possible then ADD IT .
i bet jv_map or Bjarne knows ,since they are the admins .
and where the heck is surgeon ?didnt he make this site?
