Skinning Custom Models

Hey guys,
A modeller in my mod is struggling to work out how to skin his custom models?

Does anyone know how and can tell us? or do u know of any tuts?

He uses Rhinocerus, if that is any help.

i learned skinning and uvmapping using more then a few tutorials and mad trial and errors so dont worry about getting good on the first few dozen attempts here are some good tutorials that should help alot scroll down please
