MOH Radiant Problem

Post by Lt. Striker »

I searched and didn't find anything like this so I guess it's new. I'm sorry that this is a newbie question but here it is. All of a sudden, never happened before, when I try to place AI in my maps on MOH Radiant it automatically says MOH Radiant.exe has caused an error in Explorer. So then it shuts off. It won't let me put AI in my maps! I tried deleting it and redownloading it but when I try to open the install icon for MOHAATools it doesn't do ANYTHING. Is there some key I need to remove for me to be able to reinstall it?

After you uninstall, is there still a "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MOHAA\MoHRadiant" in the registry?

There's no way to uninstall it, only delete it and I have tried that and it won't install again before or after it has been deleted, and no there is no HKEY_CURRENT_USER anywhere.

well,i dont know about u but i managed to install mohradient twice w/o any problems .and both installations are in different folders .
i dont think mohradient is a coplicated enough program to use registry "protection"

maybe the one u redownloaded is corrupt or something :?

You should have that, just deleting it would not remove the keys.

Add/remove

Post by tltrude »

You should of used the windows add/remove program. But to fix it now you have to search the registry for "mohaatools".

To do that, go to the "start" button in the taskbar. Then click on "run" and type in "regedit". It will have a edit/find function which you can use to find and delete anything with the name "mohaatools". After you delete all of those, search for "radiant" and "mohradiant" and delete those, just to make sure.
